Please note that personalized, customized, or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Exchange Policy

At this time, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
